Are your Dead Sea products original and natural?
Yes. Our Dead Sea salt, mud and water are harvested at the Dead Sea in Jordan and kept free from artificial additives, so you receive pure, authentic minerals.
Are your products certified and tested?
Our manufacturing is approved by the Jordanian Ministry of Health and the JFDA, and our products are aligned with FDA standards. We provide technical documents and EU compliance documentation on request.
Are your products tested on animals?
No. Ashtar is committed to ethical practices: all our products are cruelty-free and never tested on animals.
Do you offer private label Dead Sea products?
Yes. We handle formulation, packaging and compliant labeling so you can launch your own Dead Sea line under your brand without building a factory.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. New wholesale partners can place a smaller sample order to evaluate our products before committing to larger quantities. Contact us for details.
Can I customize my order?
Yes. We offer flexible order quantities, product variations and custom packaging. Our sales team will build an order plan around your requirements.
Are your products environmentally friendly?
We prioritize sustainable sourcing, low-waste production and recyclable packaging, and we avoid harmful chemicals in our manufacturing.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We export to 25+ countries by air cargo, FCL ocean freight, and LCL ocean freight for smaller orders.
What are your payment terms?
50% in advance to start production. The balance is due when the shipment leaves our factory for Ex-works orders, or after shipping for FOB and CIF orders.
