What is the minimum order quantity?
Our products are available from 1,500 units per product. The exact minimum can vary with packaging, batch production and label requirements.
What are your payment terms?
50% in advance to start production. The balance is due when the shipment leaves our factory for Ex-works orders, or after shipping for FOB and CIF orders.
Do you ship all around the world?
Yes. We ship to almost every country in the world, by air cargo or by FCL and LCL ocean freight.
Do Ashtar products contain parabens?
No. We do not use parabens at all. We use the safest natural preservatives instead, as part of our commitment to pure and healthy Dead Sea products.
Are your Dead Sea products certified and tested?
Our manufacturing processes are approved by the Jordanian Ministry of Health and JFDA, and our products are aligned with FDA standards.
